Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

Plot Audio provides a complimentary 14-day Standard tier trial to evaluate our synthesis engines and AI features.

• One Trial Per Machine: Only one 14-day trial may be redeemed per unique physical hardware machine. Attempts to circumvent trial limits via burner accounts, virtual machine spoofing, or automated re-registration will result in permanent hardware banning.
• Automatic Expiration: Upon conclusion of the 14-day period, studio features and AI access require an active paid membership.

The Plot Audio software binary and DSP algorithms are protected by international copyright laws and proprietary trade secret protections. You strictly agree not to:

• Inject unauthorized DLLs, dynamic libraries, or memory hooks into the running client process.
• Disassemble, decompile, patch, or alter client binary memory mappings or license verification mechanisms.
• Run the client under debugger instrumentation to dump proprietary DSP filter coefficients or AI prompt weights.
• Share, lease, or resell your account credentials to third parties.

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly cycle via Stripe until cancelled. In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent transaction, license access is automatically and immediately revoked across all client workstations.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Plot Audio is not liable for data loss, audio project corruption, or system damages resulting from unauthorized hardware modifications or incompatible audio drivers.
